3.14 RETURN THERMISTOR REPLACEMENT
1. Isolate and drain down the boiler.
2. Remove the clip from the pump housing and remove
the thermistor.
3. Disconnect the electrical lead from the thermistor.
4. Reconnect the electrical lead to the new thermistor and
reassemble, Check the ‘O’ ring is fitted,thermistor is
fully engaged and the clip correctly located .

3.15 SPARK GENERATOR REPLACEMENT
1. Disconnect the leads from the spark generator.
2. Gently push up the generator to release the lower clip from
the spark generator bracket.
3. Lift the spark generator up and out of the bottom retaining
location point.

4. Fit the new spark generator and reassemble, ensuring
that the the earth lead is replaced.
