As  shown  in  the  picture  below,  click  the  “System  (Ctrl+3)”  heading  to  unfold  the 

“Toolbox” panel.

Select the “Timer” icon, then move your mouse to the Frame1 design area. You will 

notice that the cursor becomes a “+”. 

c.
