Step 2: Import a picture as the background.
a.
Select the “Import Images to Library” in the “File” menu to open the dialog box.

Click the “Select Files” button and choice the picture, i.e., the background.

After choosing the picture, the dialog box will show the path of related file, and that
means the importation is completed.

Close the “Import Images to Library” dialog box and click the “Libraries”

Select the “Pictures” category and you will find the imported picture.

Select and drag the imported picture to the design area.
