A two-digit hexadecimal value, where bit 0
corresponds to channel 0, bit 1 corresponds to
channel 1, etc. When the bit is 1, it denotes that
the channel is enabled, and 0 denotes that the
channel is disabled.
There will be no response if the command syntax is
incorrect, there is a communication error, or there is no
module with the specified address.
