Network Setup:

1.

Unpack the printer according to the Set‐up Guide. Connect the printer to your network via CAT 5 cable
and power on the printer. Your network will automatically assign an IP address to the printer, but it is
suggested that you program a static IP address to the printer to avoid possible reassignment of the IP
address should the machine be powered off.

2.

Locate the installation file on the USB drive or CD that was shipped with your printer and double click to
launch the setup program.

3.

Click

continue to

install the iColor® 500 driver.
