Error Code
Error Code of Hard Disk Drive
On the top left corner of the screen, when “HDD FATAL ERROR – ##” (## represents the
error code) appears, please check the following chart for solutions:

Solution
01 ~ 02 :
These two may occur when the hard drive inside this device is not a certified
disk approved by us.
03 :
The hard drive is malfunctioned. Check the hard drive health state.
04 :
The partition of the hard drive is wrong. Please format the first “Primary”
partition with NTFS or FAT32 file system.
05 :
Bad sectors detected.
10 ~ 15 :
Please reformat the hard drive when one of these codes occurs.
