Water-cooled ICE MACHINES
1. Perform steps 1-6 under “Self-Contained Air-Cooled Ice Machines.”
2. Disconnect the incoming water and drain line from the water-cooled condenser.
3. Remove the cover from the control box and push in the contactor so that
the compressor starts. The increasing refrigerant pressure will open the water
regulating valve.
4. Blow compressed air through the condenser until no water remains.
Only a qualified refrigeration technician should be used to winterize any
water-cooled ice machine.
