Check oil level.
Yes, the oil level is low.
Refill with the necesarry amount of
oil. Reset and restart
the Pelletizer.
No, there is no problems. Go to point 2
2. The level sensor is activated.
Check oil quality.
Yes, the oil quality is
not satisfiying. It is
contaminated.
Change the hydraulic oil according to
procedure no. 14 Reset and restart
the Pelletizer.
No, there is no
problem.
Go to point 3
3. The level sensor is activated.
Check oil level sensor and wire
connections.
Yes, the oil temperature
transmitter is not working or
connections are instable.
Replace the sensor or
repair the wire
connections.
Reset and restart
the Pelletizer.
