Procedure no. 3                                                                          Replacement of pistonrings 

 

 

 

The extruder plate changer 

 

Remove one of the extruder plates

 by loosening the 2 screws

and push out the 

extruder plate in the opposite direction. Do also remove the outlet sprout 

[

.

 

Move the 

extruder plate changer so this empty slot is in front of the barrel see instructions regarding 

operation in single mode below. The extruder plate changer 

[

]

 will be loosened during this 

operation. So it’s important to put a strap around it to avoid any unnecessary hazard.   

The extruder plate changer can be fixated as displayed below.
