1. The pressure is to high inside the
extruder.
Check the degassing filters for blocking,
dirt, wear or damage.
Yes, the filters is blocked, dirty, worn
or damaged. Replace the component which is
blocked, dirty, worn or damaged. Reset and restart
the Pelletizer.
No, there is no problems. Go to point 2.
2. The pressure is to high inside the
extruder.
Check the pressure transmitter and its wire
connection.
Yes, there is a failure on a pressure
transmitter or wire connection. Replace the pressure transmitter
or repair the wire connection. Reset and restart
the Pelletizer.
No, there is no problems.
