Some models have a riser card with two PCI slots, one ISA slot, and one
shared PCI/ISA slot. The following illustration shows the location of the
connectors on the PCI/ISA riser card.

Installing adapters
You can install a variety of adapters in the expansion slots on the riser card.
For information on locating the riser card, see “Locating components” on
page 63.
The riser card in the desktop model has four dedicated PCI slots. Some
models have two PCI slots, one ISA slot, and one shared PCI/ISA slot. This
section provides information and instructions for installing adapters.
Before you begin:
Read the instructions that come with the new adapter.
Turn off the computer and all other connected devices.
Disconnect all cables attached to the computer and remove the
computer cover (see “Removing the cover” on page 61).
