Removing a Drive from the Removable Drive Cage

Before you begin

Ÿ

Read “Working with Drives in Bays 1, 2, 3, or 4” on page 47.

Remove the drive cage. See “Removing the Drive Cage” on page 48.

Disconnect the cables from the drive you want to remove.

Remove the screws holding the drive in place; then slide the drive out of the
bay.
