Hold the power tool firmly. Align the front part of the tool with
the cut line on the work piece. Set the base plate on the work
piece to be cut without the cutting wheel making any contact.
Then turn the power tool on and wait until the cutting wheel
attains full speed.
Now simply move the power tool forward over the work piece
surface, keeping it flat and advancing smoothly until the cutting
is completed. Keep your cutting line straight and your speed of
advance uniform (to make the cut line continuous).
The depth of cut can be adjusted by the depth locking knob and
depth guide. Adjusting the bevel locking bolt, bevelling can be
scaled up to 45° (Refer above for the assembly).
If wet cutting is desired, turn the water supply valve to start
water flow.
For cutting deeper than 20 mm, make two or more notches to
prevent the motor from obscuring. Since excessive cutting may
cause overload of the motor, the depth of cut should not be more
than 20 mm at a pass. When you wish to cut more than 20 mm
deep, make a couple of passes with progressively deeper settings.
