Troubleshooting
Low Air Flow
Other message that may display
simultaneously: Flame Sig/Vent Blk.
Check the flame signal at low fire. If the flame
signal is low then:
Check the low fire tuning. See the table
for Low Fire in the Commissioning
section for each boiler model.
Check the condition of the ignitor (e.g.,
bent, damaged or contaminated).
Check that the vent is clear of blockages.
Check that the gas valve is functioning
properly.
Check that the fan is functioning properly.
Other messages that may display
simultaneously: Check SIM status and Check
Ignition Module.
No/Low Water Flow
Reverse flow error
Check that the pumps are operating
correctly.
Install pump so it provides flow in the
correct direction.
Water High Limit
Check that the supply water temperature sensor
is connected and working properly.
Check wiring on the SIM module.
If this is satisfactory, check that the water
pumps are working properly.

Vent High Limit
Other message that may display
simultaneously:
Temp. Probe Error
Check the vent temperature sensor is connected
and working properly.
Check the wiring connection of the SIM module
connector.
If this is satisfactory, check that the water
pumps are working properly.
