4. At the top, set the switch to
On
. The the top and bottom of your screen will turn orange when
battery saver is turned on.
5. To turn on battery saver automatically when your battery is low, touch
Turn on
automatically
and select "at 5% battery" or "at 15% battery."
Turn off battery saver
Battery saver turns off automatically when your device is charging. You can also turn off battery
saver from the notification at the top of your screen.
Warning!
If you stop some apps or services, your device may not work correctly. Battery status
(charging, discharging) and level (as a percentage of fully charged) are displayed at the top of the
screen. The discharge graph shows battery level over time since you last charged the device,
and how long you've been running on battery power.

Manage applications
: View all the applications stored on your Slide and how much space they
occupy. If you have downloaded an application from Android Market, you can uninstall it from this
screen. Select a specific application to:

My Location: Select a source for determining your location: Wireless networks, or GPS satellites.
Typically GPS will be more accurate (to street level) but it consumes more battery power.
