The unit is equipped with a “functional” thermostat (adjustable) for regulation of the temperature,
placed in the upper inside the tank.
The thermostat shows a numbered scale; these numbers do not indicate the value of temperature but
are just reference positions: a higher number corresponds to a lower temperature
Defrosting is automatic.
