Barometer and Weather Forecast
The weather icons displaying (Sunny, Partly Cloudy, Cloudy, Rain, Snow) are
based on the hourly calculation of indoor/outdoor temperature humidity and at-
mospheric pressure data. The forecast station uses changing atmospheric pres-
sure to predict weather conditions for the next 12 hours with 70-75% accuracy.
Barometric (air) pressure range measured: 800hpa~1100hPa (600mmHg-832
mmHg). Barometric pressure units hPa/mB or mmHg can be set to display
Air pressure varies according to location and altitude. To ensure the optimum
accuracy of your weather forecasts you can reset the pressure to match local
pressure once you have looked it up on line.
You can enter your postcode at sites like https://weather.com/ to find the
current air pressure at your location.
To adjust relative air pressure, power off your weather station then press and
hold the
/MEM
/CF
buttons simultaneously as the unit is powered on again,
“ CAL” will be displayed in the calendar area and the atmospheric pressure read-
ing will flash, press
/MEM
/CF
to change the value to match the value you
have looked up, press
SET
to confirm, the atmospheric pressure digit area will
display “God”, Full indicators will display for 1 second and then display will return
to normal.
Temperature and Humidity
Current Outdoor temperature and humidity readings are displayed in white in
the centre right of the screen. Current Indoor temperature and humidity
readings are displayed in yellow at the bottom of the screen.
Press
/MEM
repeatedly to display MAX and MIN values recorded.
Troubleshooting
If there are no sensor readings or a poor signal showing please check if sensor:
Is out of range, the signal is blocked by obstacles, batteries are flat, there is
interference from other electronic or wireless equipment.
To prevent please do not use other wireless products such as headphones or
speakers operating on the same signal frequency.
