for the modem usage. If you are not sure or you need to add one,
follow this instructions:

Click on the Start button > Settings > Control Panel .
•
Double Click on the “ Ports ” icon.
•
Click on the “ Add… ” button.
•
When you get the “ Advance Settings for New Port ” window, make sure the
settings are correct and available for usage. Click on the “ OK ” button.

At this point Windows NT is going to ask you if you want to restart the computer.
Click on the “
Restart Now ” button.

Once Windows NT has re-booted successfully, Double click on the
“
Modem ” icon in the Control Panel .
6 Click on the “ Next ” button on the “ Install New Modem ” window.
7 Windows NT will search and find a “ Standard Modem ”. Click on
the “ Change… ” button.
