6.Caution
1) Make sure the working area is adequately ventilated.
Natural wind is not enough to cool down components. There are two a:dal-flow fans in the machine in order
to cool down it.
Notes: Exhaust shutter must not be in block or covered, it is 30cm from machine to environment objects.
Make sure keep ventilating the environment.
2) No over-load!
Adjust the current strictly according to max allowable current with all kinds of duty cycles. Do not exceed
load in order to prevent from shortening lifetime of machine and it even ends up burning up the machine.
3) No over-voltage!
The range of power voltage is according to main technical parameter. Automatic voltage compensation circuit
will prevent from exceeding allowable range. If power voltage is too high, that will damage components.
4) At least 6 mm
2
grounding cable should be used on grounding screw on the back panel for safety if the ma
chine has no cable for plug. This is not necessary for the machine with Euro plug or others with grounding
cable already.
5) Inner component of heat adjustment starts to work if machine exceeds duty cycle. It will cause machine to
stop working suddenly and red diode inside is lit. User should not break the circuit and the fan may contin
ue working in order to cool down the machine. Once temperature decreases to allowable arrange, machine
can be operated again.
6) Make sure copper tip must not be connected to work piece directly when user is cutting. Torch should be
inclined and it is 1 mm from inter-hole of copper tip to work piece in order to protect copper tip.
7) As arc-supporting cutting machine, if arc-supporting frequency is low or there is no arc-supporting, user
may get rid of oxidized film of electrode by abrasive paper. Then machine will be operated normally.
Avoid toppling over. Make sure the welding power source shall not be placed on tilted plane.
&caution
Creepage-protecting switch should be added when you are using the machine
