6. Maintenance
6.1 Changing the filter
To ensure the device works properly, the
filter must be changed as soon as one of
the following criteria is satisfied:
y A throughput of 2000 litres is reached.
y A period of 4 months in operation is
reached.
The LED will flash red if a filter change is
required. If you are using the HYPRO app,
the user will be additionally notified of the
time point for the filter change.
y Take off the device cover.

y Turn the shut-off valve in the “CLOSE”
direction. Never open the screw cap for
the filter chamber when pressurised.

y Open the tap for disinfected water until
no further water flows out of the tap.
y Close the disinfected water tap again
to prevent a backflow of water.

ATTENTION!
Water leaking out!
Water can run out when the screw cap
is opened and the filter is removed. The
leaking water may cause property damage.
y Clean up any leaked water immediately.
y Unscrew the screw cap for the filter
chamber.
