Part Replacement Procedure

XPR Short Torch

Instruction Manual

Disconnect the plasma valve
connector.

Use the tool (229918) to remove
the solenoid valve.

Use the tool (229918) to install
the solenoid valve.

Connect the plasma valve
connector.

Install the torch-lead collar:

Move the torch-lead collar back in position on the torch end of the torch-lead assembly.

Move the hose clamp back in position on the torch-lead collar. Tighten the hose clamp.

Plasma valve connector

Solenoid-valve tool

Move the torch-lead collar in the direction of the torch

Tighten the torch-lead collar

Tighten the hose clamp
