Install the consumables
Prior to using the XPR short torch with integrated lead, you must install a complete set of
consumables. Consumables are not included with the XPR short torch. For information about how
to select and install consumables, refer to the instruction manual that came with your XPR cutting
system.

The XPR short torch does not have a quick-disconnect feature.
Use the cut charts
XPR cut charts are available in the XPR Cut Charts Instruction Manual (809810). The USB memory
stick that came with your plasma power supply includes the XPR Cut Charts Instruction Manual .

ELECTRIC SHOCK CAN KILL
Disconnect electrical power before doing installation or maintenance.
The line-disconnect switch must REMAIN in the OFF position until all
installation or maintenance steps are complete.
In the United States, use a “lock out/tag out” procedure until installation or
maintenance is complete. In other countries, follow the appropriate national
and local safety procedures.
