3. equipment
H24D AutoCal and H32D AutoCal are hydraulic crimping machines designed for
crimping hydraulic hose and intended for use in service vehicles and smaller vo-
lumes. This machine is not intended for large-scale production.
The machine consists of a chassis (tank), crimping head, electronics unit and
pump. The machines are delivered in a wooden box mounted on a pallet marked
with product specifi cation such as serial number, order number, weight and vo-
lume. Check that all information is correct with your order when the shipment
arrives. Remove all restraining clamps in the storage box, open the clips in the
bottom and lift off the packaging material. Thread a lifting strap through the
lifting ring to lift the machine to its desired location.

Use only a qualifi ed electrician for electrical installations.

The machine must be fi lled with oil before starting up.
