SECTION 4, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
GENERAL INFORMATION
This machine has been built to the customers requirements, however, if any voltage changes are required,
refer to the information on page 4.4 and then consult Hyd-Mech service department before implementing any
changes.
The machine is supplied for use on a 60HZ supply.
INITIAL STARTUP
At initial hook-up it is important to check that the phase order is correct. This is indicated by the hydraulic
pressure gauge registering a pressure rise. If this not observed, shut the machine down immediately.
On the following pages are the electrical schematics and physical wiring diagrams along with a list and photos
of electrical components.
NOTE:
As this machine is equiped with an inverter, do not turn disconnect on for 3 three minutes after
disconnect has been shut off. Cycling power sooner than 3 minutes will result in damage to
the Variable Frequency Drive.
