5.2 Disassembling and assembling

the robotic lawnmower

5.2.1 Disassembling the body

The body is screwed to the chassis with four

screws.

1. Put the main switch in position

2. Turn the mower upside down. Place the

mower on a soft and clean surface to

avoid scratching the body.

3. Remove the four screws (Torx 25).

5.2.2 Disassembling the display cover

The display cover is mounted on the chassis with

5 screws. To enable the parts to be fully separated,

the cabling between the MMI circuit board and

the main circuit board must be disassembled from

the MMI circuit board and the cabling between the

buzzer and the main circuit board separated at the

connector.

1.  Disassemble the body.
2.  Place the mower on its wheels.
3.  Remove the five screws (Torx 20).
4.  Lift carefully to avoid damaging the cables

that join the chassis and the display cover.

5. Remove the MMI cable from the MMI

circuit board.

6. Remove the buzzer cable from the

connector.

5.2.3 Disassembling the chassis

The chassis consists of upper and lower sections.

These are screwed together using 10 screws.

2. Remove the display cover. See

3. Remove the knob for adjusting the cutting

height.

4. Unscrew the screws (Torx 20) and remove

the guide for indicating the cutting height.

5. Remove the ten screws (Torx 20).
6. Lift carefully and thread the MMI cable and

the buzzer cable through the cable duct.

5. REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

Clean any grass and dirt from the

robotic lawnmower before you begin

disassembling.
