8. Backlight is not turned on.
Press Power Key located at the upper left of the terminal for about 2 seconds.
9. I locked it but forgot the password.
(Caution) It will result in deleting all the messages you saved.
Push off the Reset key to the right located at the right bottom of the terminal and push it off to
the left to turn it on.
Initial Lock Password is ‘0000’.
10. The letter is too small.
It is because it is set as Small Font.
Select Small in Pref-> 4. Font.
11. I cannot write the letter I want, instead, symbol is written.
It is in Alt Lock mode. Press Alt key to release Alt mode.
12. Periodically, the date and time are incorrect.
Please go to preference menu of main screen and then select “8. Time and Date”
Select “1. Auto time setting” and set auto time setting off.
And set Date and Time on “2. Set time”
13. No SVC icon appears or Fail to send message
You probably are in the area out of the coverage of a ReFLEX network.
