1. Volume
Select 1. Volume when you adjust the volume in Figure Prefs-2.
You can select Low/Middle/High volume with Left/Right key in volume field,
2. Inbox, Info, Sch & Alm
You can select the preferable alert type using Left/Right key for Inbox, Info, Sch & Alm. These
Alert notice you when there is new message in inbox or new information in Info. or when it is time to
be alerted. You can listen the sound if you enter the Space key after selecting the Alert type your
want in Figure Prefs-2 with Left/rRight Key.

3. Reminder
If you want to remind the user to check the message in case when the user doesn't read the mail after it
arrives, use 3. Reminder Alert in Figure Prefs-2.
In Figure Prefs-2, select OFF/One Beep /Two Beep with Left/Right key in Reminder field,

You can set the alert interval using Left/Right key and alert interval is as below

5. R Repeat
R Repeat is to set the alert repeatedly and you can set repeat mode using Left/Right key
.
Repeat mode has 4 options – 1 / 2 / 5 / 10 times.
