5. Troubleshooting

Message/Symptom

Cause

Treatment

Can't Find Device File

Press [ENTER] to do new device.

There is no device or RFID Tag

Insert the cartridge or check whether

RFID Tag is attached or not.

There are two or more devices or 

RFID Tags

Remove RFID Tag except that need to

test.

Unknown Device. Press [ENTER]. 

Insert Appropriate Device. 

There are no test(ddb) files. 

Register the test(ddb) files using USB. 

Please refer to the “3.5.2 New Device

Registration” section.

Unknown Specimen. Press 

[ENTER]. Retest with New Device. 

Specimen Type Recognition Error. 

Try it with another device and exact 

specimen. If the same error is occurred,

request A/S.

Date Expired!

Expiry Date of devices is passed.

Test again with the cartridge that has 

not expired.

Can't Find Window 1/2 Control 

Line. Press [ENTER] to Previous. 

Internal accuracy control error. 

The specimen does not move 

with membrane figure. 

Try it with another device to retest.

Log in Error.

Log in with the unregistered 

card.

Use after registering the ID card using 

the supervisor card.

Abnormality of System Icon .

Error with Camera Module 

Connection, Control Board 

Connection and Transmission of 

specimen measurement 

command, RFID Module 

initialization and connection, 

Thermal Printer Connection, or 

miscellaneous system. 

Turn off the device and leave it off for 

15 seconds, and reboot. If the same 

error is occurred, request A/S

Abnormality 

of IQC Test Icon 

IQC Test Result is Fail. 

Restart IQC Test. If an error occurs, 

proceed with the calibration. After 

calibration, test IQC again.

IQC Test duration has past. 

Reset IQC Test duration from 

Parameters Menu.

Can't find the corresponding 

marker(IQC Test).

The IQC device line is damaged.

If the same error is occurred, request 

A/S and receive the new IQC device.

Fail calibration and Press 

[ENTER].

In case of auto calibration failure.

If the same error is occurred, request 

A/S.

Can't find the corresponding 

marker(QC Test).

When testing with the device

and other coding device.

Check the device and corresponding 

coding device you want to test.
