step 5.
Loosen the two bolts which hold the switch mounting plate.
step 6.
Take out the switch from the seat frame. Now cut the cable
ties to release the switch from the mounting plate.
step 7.
replace the switch and mount a new one to the mounting plate.
step 8.
After mounting the switch back on to the seat tilt frame,
you have adjust the distance between the switch and
the switch plate.
First, set the switch maximum to the right. and test if the
switch is switching when it touches the switch plate
(see red arrow). If not, move it a little closer to the switch
plate until it reacts and switches when you move the tilt.
NOTE:
The mounting of the new part will take place in reverse
order.
WARNING:
Make sure the switch is not to close to the switch
plate. If it is to close the switch plate will crush the
switch and it needs to be replaced, again.
