step 5.
Push the pin out so the actuator head is released from
the lift arm.
step 6.
Disconnect the two connectors of the actuator from the
ISM module.
step 7.
Push the mounting bolt in the rear end of the actuator further
to the left, so it is possible to remove the actuator from the bolt.
step 8.
Replace the actuator unit.
WARNING:
If the seat lift arm is in its lowest position, you can
take the pin out without any problem. Should the
seat lift NOT be in its lowest position, the actuator is
still lifting the seat lift. If you then remove the pin, the
seat lift will sudden drop down. This can cause a
hazardous situation. Be aware of this risk.
NOTE:
The mounting of the new part will take place in reverse
order.
