5.2. BATTERY STORAGE
The battery must be fully charged or at least 80% charged before use and storage.
Always store the battery in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Out of reach of sunlight, water and heat sources.
Store the battery in room or slightly cooler temperatures (maximum range from 5 °C to 30 °C,
ideally from 10° C to 20 °C) in a dry and ventilated place away from sunlight and heat sources.
Never store batteries in temperatures below 5 °C. Frost damage to batteries is not covered by
the warranty.
5.3. BATTERY HANDLING
Do not dispose of batteries in a fire or damage them mechanically. Toxic substances may be released. Do not disassemble the
battery. Contact service for repair. In the event of noise, high temperature, wetting, or leakage from the battery, stop using it
immediately and immediately store it in a non-flammable container and cover with sand.
