exchange the 3 batteries, ensure correct
polarisation!

return the hand terminal to the charging station
to load the batteries
Remark:
In accordance with the battery regulations dated.
01.10.98 old batteries & rechargeable batteries must
either be returned to the store or given to a
communal collecting place. They are not allowed to
be discarded in regular garbage!

15. Safety instructions
- Before making changes on the machine or the
hand terminal make sure there is no voltage! On
the hand terminal the emergency stop must be
pressed.
- self made reconstructions or other changes on the
unit cause an immediate expiration of the
manufacturers declaration and warranty. There is
no liability for any damage caused!
- The end user of the superior working unit is
responsible
to
comply
in
each
individual
application with the national and international
safety and accident regulations.
- During the machine planning and the use of a
manual unit the valid specific national and
international safety and accident regulations have
to be followed, i.e.
EN 60204, Electronic equipment of machines
EN 292, Safety of machines
EN 954, Safety relevant parts of controls
- A m
achine movement through the hand wheel is
only allowed if both safety buttons are pressed!
- It is not allowed to give orders causing dangerous
situations with the safety buttons only. A second
deliberate start up command is required
.
- When handling the hand wheel injuries can be
caused through the strong pull of the magnet.
Keep a safe distance with a pace maker, magnetic
data supports (loss of data), electrical and
electronic units.
- The operator of the hand wheel must always have
a clear view to the tool and the work piece.
- „Remote controls“ from a large distance are not
permitted. There is no liability for any damage
caused.
- Always return the hand terminal to the charging
station when the machine is working in automatic
operation!

On machines with only one emergency stop
circuit both emergency stop contacts HBG
800-DP have to be connected in series
