Three-phase energy meter field calibrator
The meter constant is calculated as follows:
Meter constant = the number of pulses per kilowatt-hour dividing the number of fractional
frequency
Note: the error read out from the calibrator using this calibration method is not its actual error,
and the actual error of the calibrator is equal to the absolute value of the error shown by it, with an
opposite sign.
