Assembly Procedure
8.1 Assembly Description
This document does not concern silica gel dispensing on the TP and joining the TP and front
cover assembly.
8.2 Assembly Procedure
To assemble a U9500, perform the following operations:
Step 1
Attach the main antenna and Bluetooth antenna.
1. Attach the Bluetooth antenna
Tear the release paper on the
antenna away. Align the antenna
positioning pin and positioning pin
on the back cover. Press the
positioning pins to ensure that they
are fully attached to each other.
2. Insert the Bluetooth antenna
golden finger into the
corresponding positioning hole
in the back cover assembly and
tear the release paper on the
golden finger.
3. Attach the golden finger to
the back cover assembly and
melt the positioning pin.

4. Install the main antenna
– 1
Tear away the small release
paper and attach the antenna to
the back cover through the
positioning hole.
5. Install the main antenna
– 2
Tear away the big release
paper on the antenna and
attach the lower part of the
antenna to the back cover.
6. Install the main antenna
– 3
Insert the golden finger into the
positioning hole and attach the
upper part of the antenna to the
back cover.
7. Install the main antenna
– 4
Tear away the release paper on the
golden finger, attach the golden finger
to the back cover based on the
positioning hole, and press the
golden finger against the back cover
for at least 6s.
Step 2
Install the GPS antenna.
