8 Assembly Procedure

1. Install the GPS antenna.
Install the GPS antenna to the back
cover using the positioning pins.
2. Melt the GPS positioning pins.
Melt the five positioning pins. Ensure
the GPS antenna is tightly secured.
Ensure the hot melt temperature is
210±10ºC.
Step 3
Install the receiver support assembly.
1. Take a receiver
FPC support.
3. Install the receiver FPC.
Tear away the release paper and
align the positioning hole of the
FPC with that of the support. Pre-
bend the higher part of the FPC to
properly install it to the support.
2. Install the sensor light
FPC.

paper and align the
positioning hole of the FPC
with that of the support.
4. Install the ambient
light sensor rubber.

5. Install the receiver.
Ensure the spring is
pointing upward.
6. Fasten the touch
panel BTB connector.

8. Attach the power key

7. Install the support to the
front cover.
Note: Snap the latches on the
light sensor side and lower
side first, ensure the rubber
support is properly attached,
and tear away the conductive
release paper on the front
cover in advance.

Install the sub-board and main FPC.
