Anti-Attack Protocols and Ports
Management using standard protocols and the communication ports and protocols that
have access authentication mechanisms
Multiple encryption standards, including H.235, TLS, AES, and SRTP
Web Security
Prompts users to change their passwords the first time they log in to the system.
During login authentication, uses the Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) to
transmit the user name and password to the system server.
Allows users with the highest level privileges to manage user accounts. These users have
the ability to enable or disable other accounts. All account passwords can be changed.
Sensitive Data Protection
Touch panel and web account passwords are stored in ciphertext and transmitted only
after they are encrypted using AES-128.
The wireless router is configured to use the Wi-Fi protected access II pre-shared key
(WPA2-PSK) as the authentication mode during the system deployment.
When the TP3106-70 registers with a GK or SIP server or a conference control password
is saved, data can be transmitted in HTTPS mode.
No proprietary encryption algorithms are used.
During fault location, the TP3106-70 filters or renders personal data exported from the
system anonymous. The logs and configuration files exported from the system do not
contain any sensitive data.
Listening ports are used to protect the system from unauthorized listening and will not be
used to collect voice information for debugging or fault location.
System Management and Maintenance Security
Management security: Except for devices whose IP addresses are independently set,
users cannot directly log in to any management ports on TP3106-70 devices.
Software packages (including patches) can be released only after they are scanned by at
least one type of mainstream antivirus software and no alarm is generated. For any
exception, an explanation is provided.
All user activities and operations on the Telepresence System Manager are recorded in
logs.
