3.4 IPv6 Features
The TP3106-70 supports IPv6 as well as IPv4. Therefore, a user can perform the following
operations in IPv6 mode:
Access the Telepresence System Manager.
Register the TP3106-70 with GK and SIP servers.
Initiate conferences, control conferences, and manage services.
Because IPv6 is the latest version of IP and is intended to replace IPv4, support for IPv6 will
surely provide great convenience for users.
3.5 QoS Features
Packet loss may occur during data transmission over an IP network, degrading conference
quality. The TP3106-70 uses SEC 3.0 technology and SVC to automatically adjust the quality
of service (QoS) and select the correct audiovisual processing policy based on transmission
performance. The TP3106-70 greatly outperforms other telepresence solutions that do not
incorporate SEC technology. For example, a TP3106-70 conference can be held smoothly
even with a packet loss rate of up to 15%.
3.6 Bandwidth Features
The TP3106-70 uses H.264 HP. Compared with BP, HP has B slices, weighted prediction,
field encoding, and other technology that significantly improves video compression ratio. By
integrating HP, Huawei's proprietary VME technology, and technology that enhances pre- and
post-processing of video, noise reduction, contrast, and edges, the TP3106-70 can deliver
crisper, smoother, and more vivid video on the same bandwidth.
3.7 Security Features
The TP3106-70 takes the following measures to ensure data security and stable conferencing:

Sensitive data protection
System management and maintenance security
Working with Huawei's MCUs and SMC, the TP3106-70 supports end-to-end signaling and
media stream encryption and decryption for all services across the entire network. This
encryption and decryption feature ensures security of conferences and user information.
