FAQ

WLAN Dongle Cannot Find Signals When Adapting to Some Routers

1.For a dual-band router (use 2.4G and 5G WLAN signals at the same time), check

whether the 2.4G WLAN signal is enabled. (The WLAN Dongle does not support

5G WLAN.)
2.Confirm that the 2.4G WLAN SSID name is different from the 5G WLAN SSID

name. If they are the same, set them to be different.
3.Log in to the router settings page. If the 2.4G WLAN channel is 13, change the

channel to one in the range of channel 1 to 11, which has small interference.
