NAT Configuration
Network Address Translation (NAT) is a method for disguising
the private IP addresses on your LAN as the public IP address on the
Internet. You define NAT rules that specify exactly how and when to
translate between public and private IP addresses.
Click the
NAT
of
Other Setting
in the Wizard Column to set the
NAT. NAT is enabled by default. You can enable or disable NAT by
selecting the
Enable
or
Disable
option in the configuration page and
submitting the settings.

To configure NAT Rules, click the
Add
button. A new window is
displayed. From the
Rule Flavor
drop-down list, select
NAPT
,
DMZ
,
and
REDIRECT
. The page redisplays with only the fields that are
appropriate for the chosen NAT flavor as Figure 4-18, Figure 4-19
and Figure 4-20.
