Configuring the COM1 Port and COM2

Procedure
Step 1
Enter
https://XX.XX.XX.XX
in the address box of the browser to enter the WebUI login
page. Because of permission restriction, log in as
Advanced User
.
XX.XX.XX.XX
indicates the IP address for the SmartLogger2000. The default IP address is
192.168.0.10.
If web pages cannot be opened, specify security settings for the browser. For details, see the
appropriate
SmartLogger2000 User Manual
.
The initial password is
Changeme
.
Use the initial password upon first power-on and change it immediately after login. To ensure
account security, change the password periodically and keep the new password in mind. Not
changing the initial password may cause password disclosure. A password left unchanged for a long
period of time may be stolen or cracked. If a password is lost, devices cannot be accessed. In these
cases, the user is liable for any loss caused to the PV plant.
Step 2
Choose
Settings

RS485
, and set the baud rate of the RS485-1 and RS485-2 port to
115200
.
Ensure that the start address of each port from RS485-1 to RS485-6 is 1, and the end address
of the each port is 247.
