3.3 Installing the SNMP Card

The methods for installing SNMP cards are the same on different UPSs of Huawei. The
SNMP card is installed in the optional card slot

INTELLISLOT

at the rear panel of the UPS.

Procedure

Step 1

Remove the cover of the optional card slot on the real panel of the UPS, as shown in

Figure

3-1

Removing the cover of the optional card slot

Store the cover well for future use.

Step 2

Insert the SNMP card into the slot and tighten screws, as shown in

Figure 3-2
