(Optional) Installing the PDC on an ESD Floor
1. Determine the PDC installation position based on its application scenario.
2. Use a hammer drill to drill holes in the support installation positions based on the base
dimensions diagram in the
Installation Port Diagram
.
3. Lift the PDC onto the support and align the PDC mounting holes with the support mounting
holes.
4. Level the PDC by adjusting the leveling feet, as shown in the figure.
5. Insert four M12 bolt assemblies into the mounting holes on the PDC and support, and tighten
the bolts, as shown in the figure.

10.Partially drive the four M12 expansion bolts
into the expansion sleeves.
11.Use a socket wrench to tighten the bolts to a
torque of 45 N·m in diagonal order.
When cabinets need to be combined,
just partially tighten the bolts.

(Optional) Combining Cabinets
1. A connecting plate is initially
secured by one screw. Remove
the screw from the column of the
adjacent cabinet and use the
screw to secure the connecting
plate.
2. Ensure that both the vertical
deviation and the distances
between cabinets are within 3 mm
after the cabinets are combined.

2. Remove the PDC connecting kits from the
rack, as shown by (2) in the figure.
3. Secure the connecting kits in the
connection positions on the front door
using screws, as shown by (3) in the figure.
4. Use the same method to secure the connecting kits to the connection positions on the rear door.
5. (Optional) Repeat the preceding steps to combine all other PDCs.
6. Use a socket wrench to secure the PDC.
