4.1.7 Which third-party apps does my phone support?
Apps related to Google Mobile Services (GMS) are supported, including apps downloaded
from the Google Play Store.
4.2 System apps
4.2.1 Why can't I open the camera?
According to the Android system architecture, before an app opens the camera, other apps
using the camera must be closed first, for example, flashlight apps or QR code scanner apps.
Try closing these apps and then opening the camera again.
4.2.2 Why is the GPS icon always displayed in the status bar?
You may have enabled some apps that use the GPS navigation function, for example, Here
and Google Maps.
To solve this problem:
Turn off GPS when you don't need it.
Close the apps using the GPS navigation function.
4.2.3 How do I control my phone remotely?
Your phone must already have a Google account set up. Go to
Settings
>
Security
>
Device
administrator
and touch the
active
button below
Android Device Manager
to activate the
Android device manager.

and log in using the
Google account information related to your phone.
Make your phone ring: click the ring option on your computer's screen.
Lock your phone: click the lock option on your computer's screen.
Erase your phone's data: click the erase option on your computer's screen.
4.2.4 Does my phone support video calls or video chats?
Your phone's pre-installed applications don't support video calls, but it comes with a front
camera, and you can install third-party applications, such as Skype or Hangouts, for video
chats.
4.2.5 Can my phone freely switch between 4G, 3G, and 2G
networks?
It takes 150 seconds to recover data service when you switch from a 4G network to a 2G
network or from a 3G network to a 2G network.
The network icon disappears when switching between networks. Voice calls will not be
affected when you switch networks.
