10.14 When using file transfers mode, why is the 
information I see out of sync with my phone? 

File transfers mode uses Microsoft's MTP mode and information is not refreshed in real time. 
If you want real-time synchronization, you need to restart your phone to resolve this problem. 

10.15 What can I do if it is hard to plug and unplug the 
USB cable? 

1. Use a standard USB cable. 

2. After getting a new USB cable, the plug will fit somewhat tighter. After using it for a short 
time, it will feel more normal.
