The phone of the other party may temporarily have a weak signal or may have enabled the
mute function. Try ending the call and then calling again.
Hardware problems such as a defective receiver can also cause this problem. If the problem
persists, contact Huawei technical support or take your phone to an authorized Huawei service
center.
