The signal source sends IP stream signals properly. The destination multicast or uni-cast
address and port are the values set in the IP board reception parameters.
Checking Configuration on the IRD6000 Side
Table 2-9 lists the configuration you need to check on the IRD6000 side.

Receiving signals
Ensure that the IRD6000's ports receive signals properly.
Tuner: connects the IRD6000's Tuner IN port using an
RF cable
ASI: connects the IRD6000's ASI IN port using an ASI
cable
IP: connects the IRD6000's TS IN/OUT port using a
network cable
Verifying the Result
If the Lock indicator on the front panel turns steady green after the relevant settings are
configured, the signal reception is normal.

Descrambling Capability
Prerequisites
Descrambled satellite signals or code streams
A CAM card supporting the CAS that scrambles the test signals
An authorized smart card
A monitor to view descrambled video
