6.4.10 Charging Extinguishant 

Prerequisites 

 

The fire cylinder has passed the air-tightness test. 

 

Tools and materials are ready. 

 

 

All tools and materials except the camshaft device are provided by the charging station. 

 

Extinguishant needs to be charged in the charging station. 

Preparations 

Tools: platform scale, hose with a pressure tolerance greater than 2.5 MPa, gate valve, 
camshaft device, pipe wrench, adjustable wrench 

Materials: extinguishant charging cylinder with sufficient extinguishant, nitrogen cylinder 
with sufficient nitrogen 

Documents: fire extinguishing device installation position diagram (standard) 

Skill requirement: fire engineer
