Log Management
Logs are the main information source for maintenance engineers to locate faults and
they also function as the basis for terminal users to collect fault information. When a
fault occurs, maintenance engineers and terminal users can locate and rectify the fault
by checking the generated log information.
Step 1
Click
Logs
on the main page.
The log management page is displayed, as shown in Figure 7-1.

Select the date, start time, and end time on the left.

Query
.
The results are displayed on the right.

Click
Download all logs
to download logs. The
Log Download
dialog box is
displayed. You can view logs using the WordPad after they are downloaded to a local
computer. Table 7-1 describes the log files.
Logs of all types are downloaded.
