Symptoms
Cause/Action
Dirt in HEPA filters
- Faulty sock filters.
- Leak at filter cleaning valve or HEPA filter cover.
- Old HEPA filter. Time for replacement?
Dust ends up in the vacuum system
and not in the Pre-separator
- The bypass valve is closed
- The pre-separator is blocked by dust
- The vacuum system's performance is impaired, see
Poor performance above. The pre-separator needs a
certain air speed to function satisfactorily
- Very light dust particles The pre-separator needs a
certain dust particle weight in order to separate them
from the airflow.
Longopac falls apart
- The dust covers are not sealing
- The dust covers are jamming
- Are there any sharp edges that the Longopac bags
can come into contact with?
- Is there any earlier damage on the Longopac bags?
The dust extractor cannot be
controlled with the transmitter for
remote start (option)
- Very rapid RED blinking Hardware fault; contact
HTC.
- 3 slow RED blinks or steady RED shine of the
remote control indicate flat battery. Replace battery.
