The system can now begin to run the configuration process. Continue to

Completing Configuration Setup
During the configuration process, the system creates the management group. At that point, you are
logged out of the system and the Management Console login window is displayed. To complete the
configuration process, you must log in using the management credentials you created earlier.
Prerequisites
IMPORTANT:
Do not proceed until you have created management credentials using the steps in
Setting
Management Credentials
.
Procedure
1.
After entering all the Configuration Setup information, click
OK
.
The system starts to run the configuration process. This process can take time, especially if the
system has many disks.
2.
The information that you entered in Configuration Setup is verified. If there are any errors, a window
that contains information about the errors is displayed. Correct the errors and click
OK
.
3.
When prompted, confirm your choice regarding whether HPE Support may contact you.
The progress of each individual configuration task is displayed. You can view further information for
each task by clicking
Task Details
. If any errors occur, they will be displayed in the task details.
4.
Log in using the management credentials you created in
Setting Management Credentials
to
complete the configuration process.
5.
Log out of the session after the configuration process is completed.
6.
Disconnect the administrative computer from the MGMT port on the storage controller in slot 1 of the
array enclosure.
7.
Log in to the SVMC using the StoreVirtual VIP address and your management credentials to create
storage volumes and manage the storage system.
